Dave and his team did a great job with my car. They clearly discussed the options available to me and gave an objective recommendation. When the job turned out to be more difficult than expected, they did not give up, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.

April 2024. Great experience! I had a blown out tire and tried Neely for the first time. What a great experience from turnaround time to quality and the customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend going here and I will use them again for sure. They even gave me discount coupons for the next service. 👍. I also loved the texting service to keep me updated as my replacement service was happening. Thanks so much!

Normally a well run shop, they had a major screw up resulting in stranding us far away with a transaxle & transmission reduced to small pieces of hot metal. Although they have promised to make good on this, the massive hassle & inconvenience should have been avoided with just a little quality control.

I went to Nealey Tire and Auto Checking do my car tire rotation they did a good Job on that and offer me a Complimentary car health checkup which I took and a good thing I did there are a few findings So I will go back to fix on the findings on the checkup I recommend this place Thank You!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
